The Copywriter is a professional who is able to motivate and spark a high level of response from the clients and different teams they work with and ensure the copy they create is smart, compelling, creative and focused. They will be involved in multiple projects and in delivering multiple types of copy from print ads, web copy, social media posts, video scripts, positioning and messaging work, email blasts, thought leadership articles, brand campaigns, case study writing and creative concepting. Copywriters give voice, tone and texture to the brands we work on and are essential to delivering our services effectively.

This position will work with a variety of teams involved in specific projects but is expected to work closely with the Studio and creative teams. The Copywriter is focused on strong communication skills, an understanding of the creative process and strategic thinking.


  • Review competitors, best practices and comparative brands in terms of messaging, communications and content
  • Develop inventory and assessment of messaging and content
  • Summarize and assess client relevant client documents
  • Leverage creative and strategic writing skills (long and short form) in all work including  research reports, positioning/messaging decks, briefs, web and video copy, advertising copy, richmails, thought pieces, brand campaigns,  internal/external case studies, white papers, blog posts, etc.
  • Organize and create messaging and content for digital teams related to social media
  • Formulate, extend and dimension initial positioning directions, messaging guides, naming presentations and other strategy requirements.
  • Develop broad creative campaign ideas, dimensioned through writing that give life to new ideas
  • Help shape and dimension content strategies to define what, when, how much, why and how for content across multiple channels
  • Brainstorm with broad teams to guide and detail content concepts


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum one year of copywriting experience
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Dedication and desire to learn
