Creative Director

MBLM’s Stockholm Office has a rare opportunity for a brilliant, ambitious Creative Director, who is passionate about branding and ready to take on the responsibility to lead the creative vision for our office.

As Creative Director, you’ll be an instrumental part of the office leadership. While your main focus will be leading design and digital projects, we expect you to also play a driving role in injecting creativity and vision into strategy based projects. We believe that successful branding today requires an intuitive understanding of how business, strategy, design and digital integrates; and expect you to have a point of view of how our industry will be shaped going forward.

You are an independent individual who is experienced in creating exceptional brands that thrives in digital as well as physical environments and has a talent for new business. You also enjoy working with diverse teams, as the work will often require collaborating with design teams in other MBLM offices around the globe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading and driving design and digital projects
  • Delivering on a creative vision, on time and on budget.
  • Developing a vision and a strategy for growing MBLM’s creative practice in Scandinavia including new business development
  • Work and coordinate with consultants and designers in other MBLM offices
  • Identify local talent that can contribute to specific project requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years’ experience from reputable design, brand, digital, production or advertising agency
  • Strong creative vision and drive combined with a sound understanding of brand and business strategy
  • Experience in working and thinking in an integrated digital – physical manner
  • Strong knowledge of brand architecture and brand identity systems
  • Experience working at a senior board level
  • Experience working with digital transformation an advantage
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
