A visionary developer recognized an opportunity to turn a 28-acre, centrally located, derelict area of downtown Miami into a vibrant mixed-use development. From the project’s earliest stages, we were part of a core team of consultants, planners, and architects tasked with articulating this vision into a sense of place. We immersed ourselves in the city’s vibrancy and rhythms, realizing the unique opportunities Miami and this massive site presented. We developed a compelling value proposition from which to drive all marketing efforts. We created a name and brand identity for the development and a suite of marketing materials, including traditional print and digital materials aimed at both professional and general audiences.



For the last six years, despite fluctuations in Miami’s real estate market, Miami Worldcenter has endured to find itself at the center of Miami’s major new urbanization movement. Its work continues to define best-in-class urban planning, design and amenities. Already home to retail brands renowned across the country, Miami Worldcenter is now releasing residential and hotel towers with its partners.
