Licores Mundiales, a market leader, is a spirits distribution company in Venezuela with a wide range of products. With only one store in Caracas, the company has been known for its innovative shopping experience in the category for over 15 years.
Their website was not aligned with their strategy and they needed a new site that would reflect their in-store consumer experience and communicate their knowledge in the spirits category.
MBLM identified new opportunities and areas for improvement, analyzing trends and best practices locally and worldwide so the new web experience would be aligned with the company’s strategy. The new website is user friendly and offers a more intuitive experience with relevant consumer information. Customers can easily fins what they are looking for without needing to be a liquoir connoisseur.
Currently, the live site is a Beta version and the number of visitors has increased by 20 percent. The site inventory and prices are updated automatically and all online transactions are immediate. The social media response reflects user satisfaction.
