Juan Carlos, who leads MBLM’s Digital practice in Latin America, is a pioneer in the digital space. Since founding Abargon in 1998, he has developed complex “e/i” platforms for communications, collaboration, and e-commerce digital properties. Over the years, he has lead the creation and development of hundreds of websites, intranets, social channels and Apps across multiple sectors. Recent clients include VW, McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, Toyota, Univision, Televisa, Casa de Moneda México, Mexichem, CFE and visitmexico.com.
Starting in 2014, Juan Carlos and his team have become an integral part of MBLM, providing specialized capabilities required to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Juan Carlos holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana and additional degrees on entrepreneurship in emerging economies from Stanford and on corporate finances from Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
In addition to his responsibilities at MBLM, Juan Carlos serves on the board of several digital startups. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
