Challenge

Digitel, a mobile telecommunications company, has been consistently recognized for its innovative services and products connecting with a challenging millennial generation. The brand was losing connection with its target audience and craved an overhaul in its brand experience. MBLM’s challenge was to evolve the brand and position Digitel as the company leading innovation on the Venezuelan mobile market.

Results

Within a week of its launch, Digitel’s new identity became a trending topic on Twitter, and was widely discussed on social media.
