The Account Manager is an experienced professional who is able to motivate and spark the maximum level of response from the different teams they work with and ensure the projects they manage are running smoothly, with client communications consistent and clear. He/she energetically pursues a standard of excellence for themselves and the teams they manage and is an efficient and flexible team player, able to effectively handle multiple assignments under pressure.
The Account Manager’s primary role is to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a particular project(s) and/or client account from start to completion. They will coordinate with the teams involved to ensure deliverables are on time, coordinate with external vendors (scheduling, pricing, quality) and handle communications internally and to the client. Account Managers are focused on ensuring client deliverables are completed according to schedule and to the highest possible levels of excellence, helping grow client engagements, and maintaining professional and proactive service to our clients.
This position will work with entire teams involved in specific projects but will require working closely with the Account Director and Partners to ensure the account is running smoothly, resources are allocated properly and the client’s needs are being met or exceeded. The Account Manager is focused on strong organizational and communication skills, an understanding of software development process, creative process, and strategic thinking.
