Therapy Brands is the leading healthcare technology partner for mental, behavioral, and rehabilitative therapy. With rapid industry consolidation, Therapy Brands acquired and merged several brands. However, it needed a stronger parent brand and better linkage to demonstrate its breadth of services, distinguish itself from competitors, and align employees around a unified brand.
Upon completing a comprehensive audit of 16 subsidiary product websites, we created user interface solutions to incorporate legacy products. We designed and developed a content-managed website that is conversion optimized to the detail page level. This included complex site navigation that enabled a portfolio-level view and ready access to specific products. We consulted with accessibility specialists to build a site that aims to those using assistive devices. A key project objective was to establish a positive, uplifting experience for customers of all kinds as they explored the site.
