MBLM’s Dubai office is looking for an Interactive Designer who can contribute to the design and implementation of compelling digital experiences. In this role the Interactive Designer will be involved in delivering UI/UX for websites, apps, kiosks and permanent digital installations. The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with other designers and internal teams from various disciplines. The ideal candidate has an eye for details and can work quickly without losing sight of quality. We are a fast-paced, hard-working group that needs someone who doesn’t shy away from complex assignments, who is passionate about realizing ideas and who looks to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Ideate digital design concepts, experiences and solutions
- Provide initial designs, refine directions iteratively and partner with developers through final delivery
- Ability to understand and translate business, technical and functional requirements into design
- Consistently meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
- Awareness of latest industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant interactive experience
- Preferably based in the UAE, but open to all (no relocation packages provided)
- Available for full time/freelance
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite, basic HTML and CSS
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design
- Understanding of current web technologies
- Ability to listen well and accept input from team members and managers
- Ability to present design concepts and articulate ideas on how design can be improved
