Championing Brand Central

Creating a social and research hub for a worldwide e-payment company

Challenge

PayPal, the payment transaction company, had just completed a brand refresh. With 18,000 employees, the company needed a tool to effectively disseminate its new brand strategy, identity assets and segmentation work, while exciting its internal and agency teams with updated marketing news and information.

MBLM’s brand management software, BrandOS, was ideally suited to fulfill PayPal’s requirements. Thanks to our extensive track record of proven brand-management innovations, we were able to design and deploy a robust solution within a few months.

Results

PayPal’s Brand Central has integrated a series of legacy online tools, sites and resources, as well as new segmentation and brand material, to create an enhanced and engaging singular destination. A dynamic Pulse screen welcomes users and promotes the latest news and achievements from across the globe. An extensive library of company research delivers insights by market or audience segment. Brand Central also features an extensive image bank, detailed brand guidelines and a dynamic help desk that streamlines all requests, reviews, and assistance.

Built to reinforce the new brand and to educate and excite employees and partners alike, Brand Central demonstrates the power behind the new PayPal.
