At MBLM, Richard manages website builds and maintenance, working closely with the team on architecture and integrations. Proficient in JavaScript and PHP, he develops custom tools and reusable components to enhance performance and streamline workflows.

He has contributed to projects for Cohen & Steers, Hofstra, PPL First, Kipu Health, and Drew Estate. Hofstra stands out as a major engagement where he led a complex multi-site build and delivered integrations that simplified processes for both the client and internal teams.

Richard began his technical career in Italy, earning a diploma in IT and programming. Before joining MBLM, he worked as a freelance developer and served as web manager for a major international photography festival, overseeing development, content, and technical marketing. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and weightlifting.
