Challenge
As we were guiding the brand transformation of UL, a 127-year-old global safety science company, we introduced a new tool to manage the brand. Using our proprietary BrandOS platform, we created a comprehensive brand management system to disseminate brand guidelines and assets as well as develop custom applications like a 24/7 help desk and procurement center for production-related needs.
The tool had to address a decentralized global organization with hundreds of internal users and even more external vendors, partners and agencies.
