My Workspace, a leading coworking brand in Seoul, faced challenges with their lead generation process and in showcasing their offerings to key audiences. Their website did not align with their business needs, relying on outdated technology and content that failed to highlight their vibrant, state-of-the-art coworking spaces. With over 65% of visitors accessing the site via mobile devices, the poor performance and lack of mobile optimization were detrimental to sales. The digital experience failed to adequately showcase the brand’s innovative approach to coworking solutions.
Solution
MBLM embarked on a comprehensive digital overhaul for My Workspace, starting with a robust marketing strategy aimed at professionals and executives. We developed a new website with clear marketing goals, a fresh structure, interactive design, and engaging content. Leveraging cutting-edge Jamstack and headless CMS technology, and integrating HubSpot as the brand’s key CRM, we crafted bilingual content in English and Korean that resonated with My Workspace’s diverse community.
To bring the physical spaces to life online, we conducted a professional photoshoot and created 3D models of each floor plan, showcasing them using PresentationOS. This innovative approach allowed for an immersive exploration of My Workspace’s flagship location, down to the details of each available desk or office unit.
