Creating a Compelling Experience


Showcase and reintroduce phase two of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) development and generate qualified leads with top-tier developers during the real estate sector’s most competitive trade show.

Six weeks prior to the opening of Cityscape Global, the largest and most important real estate trade show in the Middle East, MBLM was brought on to ideate, design and execute a comprehensive exhibition program that would enable DIFC to reintroduce the second phase of its master plan to the market and distinguish its offering in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Working with limited available information and content, MBLM leveraged DIFC’s extensive real estate marketing experience and insights to create a comprehensive exhibition program spanning digital presentation modules, exhibition stand design, videos and investor materials aimed at providing the DIFC team with the necessary tools to achieve its business objectives.


The seamless integration of content, technology and physical environment provided a highly effective platform for DIFC to engage with key developers and stakeholders. Using the combination of the digital and print materials created, the business development and sales team achieved results that far exceeded their initial expectations.
