Redefining Online Presence for Greater Impact
A Modern Website Design to Enhance Communication, Improve User Experience, and Support Future Growth.
Challenge
Rawabi Holding, a leading conglomerate in Saudi Arabia’s contracting, industrial, and offshore services sectors, faced awareness challenges due to its outdated and fragmented digital presence. Despite its exponential growth, Rawabi’s website, and digital channels did not reflect its scale, ambition, and perceptions as an innovative company. The existing content lacked the quality and modernity needed to accurately showcase Rawabi’s extensive portfolio. The outdated website architecture was not scalable or easy to manage, complicating ongoing content updates.
Solution
To address these challenges, MBLM carried out a complete redesign of Rawabi’s website. We developed a sleek, modern design that captured their people-first and future-focused spirit while appealing to a wider audience. We built the website’s information architecture to highlight the significance of each service, subsidiary, and joint venture, emphasizing their interrelationships, how they complement one another, and their connection to the holding group. Additionally, we implemented a state-of-the-art headless CMS technology to enhance scalability, security, content delivery, and improve the user experience. By establishing everything under a new domain, rawabi.com, we created the central hub for Rawabi’s online presence. A multi-city photo and video shoot was conducted across different locations in Saudi Arabia to build a robust media library that showcased Rawabi in its true essence, its innovation, scale, and diverse range of services. Integrating these compelling media assets into their digital platforms significantly enhanced Rawabi’s online presence, positioning the company as a visionary and innovative leader.
As part of the overhaul, we integrated HubSpot, a CRM tool on which we created a new inbound marketing strategy, and designed modern, dynamic digital templates for their monthly newsletters, memos, and magazine to engage both internal and external stakeholders. HubSpot was customized to manage a database of more than 100,000 contacts, each grouped and assigned its own workflow. Additionally, we created templates that are easily customizable through an intuitive interface. This feature enabled users to preview and approve the newsletter and magazine accurately before publication. As a result, Rawabi can now edit and publish their monthly newsletter digitally through their content management system, reducing CO2 emissions, printing and transporting fewer paper magazines, and having a positive effect on their ESG goals.
