Building an Integrated Culture

A healthcare technology firm aligns and inspires

Challenge

When we rebranded Verisk Health, a leading health-care analytics firm, into Verscend within 90 days, Verscend wanted to take the opportunity to create a strong and united culture for their employees, who historically came from different organizations. Furthermore, as a technology firm, Verscend wanted to leverage modern-day solutions and tools.

Enter BrandOS. This became the launch vehicle and employee portal for creating excitement, sharing insights, announcing the new brand, and providing essential information to the firm’s employees in nine diverse offices. A series of teaser posts were created to inform people of the change that was underway. Our team created and shared launch posts, featuring videos to inform and inspire. Executive perspectives were provided along with key assets and essential information required in a rebrand (access to assets, key templates, etc.)

Post-launch, BrandOS became a de facto social intranet, providing a place for newsletters, company updates, and sharing news. It also provided a forum where all employees can learn more about the company and brand.
